Seemebadanekayi palya

Ingredients:

Seemebadanekayi 2 chopped

Oil 2 ts

Mustard seeds 1 ts

Chana dal 1 tbs

Urid dal 1 tbs

Curry leaves 10-15

Dry red chilli 2

Green chilli 4 chopped

Salt to taste

Grated coconut 2 tbs

 

Heat oil in a Kadai add mustard seeds,Chana dal,Urid dal wait for mustard seeds to crackle and dals to get brown.

Add chopped green chillies ,broken red chilli and curry leaves fry for a minute

Add chopped seemebadanekayi mix to coat the seasoning ,sprinkle some water close with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt cook till curry is dry,add grated coconut.

Serve with rice,chapathi....
