Cucumber and carrot kosambari

Usha's

Ingredients:

Cucumber 1 chopped finely

Carrot 1 grated

Green chilli 3 chopped

Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbs

Moong dal soaked 1/2 cup

Grated coconut 3 tbs

Salt to taste

Lemon juice 2 tbs

Oil 1 ts

Mustard seeds 1 ts

Hing a pinch

 

In a bowl add soaked dal,chopped green chilli,coriander leaves,cucumber,grated carrot,coconut,salt and lemon juice.

Heat oil add mustard seeds wait for seeds to crackle add hing.

Add this seasoning to the bowl and mix well. Serve.
