Ingredients:
Garlic cloves10-15
Dry red chilli 4
Green chilli 3
Grated coconut 1 cup
Tamarind to taste
Salt to taste
Oil 1 ts
Seasoning:
Oil 2 ts
Mustard seeds 1 ts
Curry leaves 5-8
Heat oil in a pan add garlic,red chilli and green chilli. Fry till garlic is light brown.
Grind these ingredients with coconut ,tamarind,salt and little bit of water.
Add the seasoning.
