Ingredients:
Grated beetroot 2
Green chilli sliced 4-5
Curry leaves 5-10
Oil 1 tbs
Mustard seeds 2 ts
Urid dal 2 ts
Salt to taste
Grated coconut 2 tbs
Heat oil add mustard seeds,Urid dal, when crackles add curry leaves,green chilles and grated beetroot.
Mix well and sprinkle some water close with laid and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt cook till curry is dry.
Garnish with grated coconut.
Serve with rice or chapathi...
