Ingredients:
Beans chopped 250 grams
Oil 1 tbs
Mustard seeds 1 ts
Urid dal 1 ts
Chana dal 1 ts
Green chilli sliced 3-5
Red chilli broken 2
Curry leaves 10
Salt to taste
Grated coconut 3 tbs
Heat oil in a Kadai add mustard seeds ,Urid dal, chana dal when dal are light brown add curry leaves ,green chilli and broken red chilli.
Fry for a minute. Add chopped beans mix well ,sprinkle some water close the lid.
Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add salt cook till beans is tender
Add grated coconut . Switch off the heat.
Serve with rice or chapathi...
