Minced gobi curry

Ingredients:

Cauliflower 1 small minced

Onion 1 chopped finely

Tomato 2 chopped

Oil 2 tbs

Jeera 1 ts

Ginger and garlic paste 2 ts

Chilli powder 1 ts

Turmeric powder 1/2 ts

Salt to taste

Garam masala 1 ts

Coriander leaves to garnish

 

Heat oil in a Kadai add jeera fry for a minute add onions fry till translucent.

Add ginger and garlic paste fry for a minute ,add tomato fry till mushy.

Add chilli powder,salt ,turmeric powder and Garam masala.

Add cauliflower mix well add some water close with lid and cook.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with chapathi....
